When do I need to plant my order?

Products are dug and cut fresh, you need to plant your order immediately on arrival.

I planted my order and it looks dead!

Its not dead, its dormant. Transfers are traumatic to live flowers. When planted, they will probably dry and turn brown. This is them getting accustomed to their new soil. The following season they will be fine.

How old are your seeds?

Our seeds are rotated at the end of every growing season and discarded every 12 months.

Why is my plant shipped without soil?

Each state has different argiculturual regulations for shipping. We have found that it is safer to avoid shipping without soil. This will not impact the health of our products.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We urge our customers to check their order for accuracy or damages immediately after delivery. For the best chance at success, we encourage you to plant your items as soon as possible after receipt.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the information below if any items are missing, damaged, or potentially not viable.

What should I do if my shipping is returned?

If, for any reason, your order is returned to us we are willing to re-ship your order. It is the customers sole responsibility to cover the shipping costs on any re-shipped order. Otherwise, returned shipments will be refunded (less shipping & handling).

Can I cancel my order?

Sometimes circumstances change, and although we will be sad to see you go, we are willing to cancel your order (free of charge in most cases). Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order for the best chance to cancel your order before shipment. Please look at our return policy if an order is already in transit or arrives before you request cancellation.
